In a typical week you:

  • Shape the social media presence for multiple clients on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Maintain multiple social media accounts and make improvements based on data

  • Develop and maintain authentic voices that are true to our clients

  • Create eye-catching social media content, including graphics, videos, and memes

  • Fact check and proofread content before launch

  • Participate in weekly meetings with clients

  • Write blog posts about digital strategy for ACMStrategies.com

  • Work with team members to ensure clients’ needs are met

  • Track results, put them into context, and produce and present professional reports to clients

  • Create online actions, draft and stage emails, and provide broad digital strategy support as needed

Success in this position looks like:

  • Adopting the varied tones and messaging of ACM clients and applying them creatively in social media content

  • Communicating complicated ideas through effective and engaging content

  • Being a self-starter who takes initiative and reacts quickly to ensure our clients are looked to as leaders in their fields

  • Using your social media experience and understanding of metrics to make recommendations to our clients and constantly improve your own work

Our team is fully remote and located across the United States in several time zones. Our team culture is something we take tremendous pride in. We work collaboratively so our clients can rely on multiple creative perspectives and get the best possible outcome. We’re activists in our own lives — to us, this work is personal, and we care deeply about getting results. We value one another as complex people with hobbies, passions, creativity, responsibilities, and lives outside of work.

We highly value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team. We strongly encourage and seek applications from folks who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, as well as members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities.
